A viewing trip usually lasts 4 days and 3 nights and involves at trip to Bulgaria to view properties and become familiar with the area in which you are going to purchase. Every last detail will be arranged for you by an expert in the area, based on the information you give us.

We will arrange investment group trips where you and a group of investors will be given seminars on the joining of the EU in 2007 and the benefits of Bulgaria being so good for investment.

You will be met at the airport with a group of investors by an investment representative, usually on a Saturday. You will then be taken to a local hotel in the area you are interested in. The next 2 or 3 days would involve viewing properties that suit your requirements, leaving you the evenings to enjoy the way of life in this beautiful Balkan country. In 99% of these trips our clients have usually found their perfect property in Bulgaria within 1 ½ days of arriving.

The price of the investment trips are €369 (£250). You will then be driven back to the airport for your flight home. Rest assured that all the hotels chosen for our clients have been inspected by our staff and are never lower than 3*. Also you will be shown properties in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle, by one of our enthusiastic and professional representatives.
